Lighting rigs, staging, and florals arrive through the service docks. Production office distributes RFID badges and detailed load-in maps.

1100 hrs · Technical Rehearsal

AV teams run cue-to-cue rehearsals, test hybrid broadcast connectivity, and synchronise live entertainment blocking.

1500 hrs · Guest Arrival

Arrival ambassadors guide guests from the porte-cochère into the pre-function lounge. Welcome beverages and live instrumental sets establish the tone.

1800 hrs · Main Program

Ballroom doors open to reveal the centerpiece installation. Lighting, audio, and scent cues are timed to the master show-call script executed by our stage manager.
